Canadian Maple Sugar
Canada’s oldest confection, maple sugar was once made by boiling maple sap with heated stones in a hollowed log. It takes roughly 4,000 grams of syrup to make 100 grams of sugar, resulting in a rich, concentrated maple flavour. This is true Canadian gold!
This granulated maple sugar is sealed in a plastic bag inside the box. Each box contains enough sugar to sweeten 25 cups of tea! See our selection of favourite SeaChange recipes.
