New Wild Pink Smoked Salmon
SeaChange Savouries is launching a new smoked salmon product this month, featuring Wild Smoked Pink Salmon. The package appeals to visitors to Canada, and to Canadians needing a gourmet gift from home.
“We felt the market was ready for something with a fresh, contemporary look in the Souvenir Smoked Salmon category,” said Anne Millerd, co-owner of SeaChange. “The salmon is delicious, and is also certified by the Vancouver Aquarium’s Oceanwise program as a sustainable product.”
The new package comes in two sizes, 227g and 100g, with suggested retails of $11.99 and $17.99.
